The club's annual business meeting will be held Friday, May 3rd, 2024, following the club show pizza party gathering at 5:00 pm in the Gateway Meeting Center room (also Saturday show day room), at the Parkersburg South Comfort Suites, Mineral Wells.
Reserve your room by April 19th, the last day of the 2nd floor room block for the club's use. No guarantee of room location or room availability after the 19th.
Contact me for table reservations ('contact' at bottom of page). We had just enough room for everyone last year. Any additional/overflow vendors will be subject to setting up in the Hallway outside of the room.
